Disclaimer
Effective date: August 2026
Please read this Disclaimer carefully before using Edu Masters. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to the limitations and conditions set out below. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.
1. General
Edu Masters provides a learning management platform that enables teachers and institutions to publish educational content and enables students to access courses, lectures, materials, videos, quizzes, and related tools. The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
2. Educational purpose — no professional advice
Content on Edu Masters is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the platform constitutes professional, legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice. Students remain responsible for verifying information with qualified instructors or professionals and for meeting any academic, examination, or institutional requirements outside Edu Masters.
3. Teacher and third-party content
Courses, lectures, videos, documents, quizzes, and other materials are primarily created and uploaded by teachers or institutions. Edu Masters does not warrant that any content is complete, accurate, up to date, or suitable for a particular purpose. Responsibility for the substance, quality, licensing, and legality of uploaded content rests with the uploading party, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. We may remove or restrict content that violates our policies, infringes rights, or poses security or legal risk, but we are under no obligation to pre-screen all materials.
4. Access codes, purchases, and entitlements
Access to paid or restricted content may depend on valid access codes, purchases, or institutional arrangements. Codes may be single-use or otherwise limited; misuse, sharing, resale, or circumvention of access controls is prohibited. Edu Masters is not responsible for codes issued, sold, or misused by third parties outside our authorized channels, or for disputes between students and teachers regarding pricing or entitlement, except as required by law or as we expressly agree in writing.
5. Availability and interruptions
We strive for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability. Maintenance, updates, network failures, force majeure, or security events may cause downtime or degraded performance. We are not liable for any loss of progress, data, or opportunity arising from temporary unavailability, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Third-party links and tools
The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party sites, tools, or media. Edu Masters does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or availability. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Edu Masters disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will meet your expectations, achieve any particular learning outcome, or be free of viruses or harmful components.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Edu Masters and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or educational opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to Edu Masters for the specific paid feature giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months preceding the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars (USD 50) or local currency equivalent — except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
9. User responsibilities and indemnity
You agree to use the Services lawfully and not to upload infringing, harmful, or unauthorized content; share accounts or circumvent access controls; or interfere with platform security. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Edu Masters from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services, your content, or your breach of this Disclaimer or applicable terms.
10. Governing law
This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Edu Masters primarily operates its Services, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer or data-protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
